cannot recommend Vlad highly enough! After dealing with other repairmen who clearly didn’t know how to properly diagnose or fix my Sub-Zero refrigerator, working with Vlad was a completely different experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Vlad knew exactly what the issue was, explained everything clearly, communicated promptly, and fixed the problem efficiently. It was such a relief to finally find someone who truly knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. On top of that, he was courteous, respectful, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you need appliance repair — don’t waste your time with anyone else. My Subzero fridge service lights was on, I had a bit difficulty finding a qualified and experienced technician. Called a Subzero recommended Vendor who sent in a friendly young technician who seems to be not experienced... He suspected refrigerant leak and proposed a very expensive fix! Luckily i found Vlad who came to help( and gave second opinion)! I can see that he really knows Subzero fridge. Since all functions of the fridge ( refrigeration & freezer) work normally now, he does not suggest any work at the moment. ( unless further issue emerge). I have several other Wolf appliances at home, now i know whom I call for my future appliances service need. He is also very pleasant to communicate with. ~ Jack L

I've owned a Viking column style refrigerator and a freezer for quite a while. Every time there was an issue, Sub-Zero Repairs promptly and expeditiously provided superb service to get the equipment back to good working order. A few weeks ago my freezer received a high temp alarm and shortly thereafter stopped working. Vlad stopped by to investigate the problem the very next day, and, expertly recommended a few solutions to the issue. Once the necessary replacement parts arrived, the job was completed promptly and accurately. Vlad, the technician who came to the house, actually came 4 times. The first 3 times he was able to tweak things to make the refrigerator cool properly, explaining that a replacement of parts would eventually be necessary. He always came the same day I called and didn't charge me until he actually replaced the fan and temperature control. Vlad fixed our subzero refrigerator and then later fixed our subzero freezer. Every time he has been to our house he is courteous and efficient and cleans up carefully. He twice came out on a Saturday so we could get our problem looked at and fixed sooner. He charged a reasonable price. We have Vlad check out a potential water leak for our subzero fridge. Called him on late Sunday afternoon. He picked up the call right away and scheduled a time on Monday. Texted me 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. He checked our fridge. It turned out to be normal. He didn’t charge us. Vlad is responsive, punctual, and professional. Vlad was wonderful. My refrigerator died on a holiday weekend, and he came out on a Sunday and to see if he could do anything. He ended up having to order parts and charged exactly what he estimated and did the work the day he said he would. He followed up when he said he would each time. Vlad was responsible and knowledgeable in diagnosing my Viking range oven burners needing replacement. He ordered the parts and repaired the oven so it could be used as quickly as possible.
